Growing Denver law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience to join their team. Employment law experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation.
- Draft and prepare discovery, disclosures, subpoenas, and pleadings.
- E-file in Colorado state and federal courts.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case files.
- Assist with deposition prep, document production, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-4 years of civil litigation experience is required.
- Strong docketing/calendaring and e-filing experience.
- Knowledge of Colorado court rules/procedures is strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and litigation software.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
- Must currently be a Colorado resident within a 1.5 hour drive to Denver. Out of state applicants will not be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
Offering a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
